Conflict Management
Conflict Resolution Training
Recent UK policy developments, including the introduction of employment tribunal fees, place more onus on employers to resolve conflict in-house and at an earlier stage.
Organisations need to develop both effective conflict resolution practices and robust cultures in which it is easier to challenge without conflict escalating.

- Manage conflict appropriately, professionally and most of all confidently
- Use a number of conflict management techniques to suit a range of situations
- Avoid the negative impact of conflict and work towards compromise and resolution
- Recognise typical behaviours exhibited when conflict is not constructively managed.

- Assess and select the most appropriate approach depending on the type of conflict requiring resolution.
- Improve awareness of their emotional reaction to other people’s behaviour and how to deal with people they find ‘difficult’
- Identify the management of emotions as a skill of emotional intelligence.
